Unloaded at 7500′ turnout. Snow was wet/heavy on Saturday with light flurries and rain/mix. Snowpole at the Vista shows 1 foot, but I measured an average of 22″ in most places on the hill across from the Vista. Rode 102, 103 mostly with pretty good coverage in the meadows. Paloma meadow is pretty thin still, and of course all the hills are full of landmines still. Yurt is in good shape, but missing a hatchet and broom. This was our first ride of the season and it was actually better than I was expecting considering the winter we’re having. Good to see Roy, Tim, and Marty up riding too. Hoping for some more snow soon while we still have some base to build on.

Thanks for the update Mike! Good to hear some others were able to ride Sherman. Hopefully we get some more snow in our mountains.
