Forum software update – user profile pictures

Hello everyone, the forum software has recently been updated. One casualty are custom user profile pictures. If you had a profile picture in the past, it most likely did not make the transition and will need to be re-uploaded. Sorry for any inconvenience, and happy snowmobiling!

Hi guys new to the group. I live up in Frazier park. Where there can be some good sledding. I have 4 sleds. 01 mxz 700 long track. 01 mxz 500 97 Summit 670. And wanna do a trip to sherman pass. Is the only way up is the back side up the 14 395. Or can I get up from bakersfeild?

Hi Sam,

Can’t believe I just now saw your comment. You can get up to Sherman from Bakersfield. Take HWY 178 to Lake Isabella, then HWY 155 toward Wofford Heights, don’t take the left hand turn that 155 takes to go to Alta Sierra, instead continue straight on toward Kernville. That road will end after crossing the bridge over the Kern River, turn Left, and then keep going until you get to Sherman Pass road, it’s a sharp right-hand turn up the mountain.

Also, check out the Sherman Pass page here, it has the snow park marked on Google Maps, and you should be able to navigate your way up from Bakersfield.
