Where is every one? The snow was great last weekend at Sherman and it got even better with more snow from the recent storms when we rode today. It was just me and Timmy today and we had the whole mountain to ourselves… again! The road was cleared up to 7256 feet where we unloaded just below the main snow-park. At the vista the snow pole was showing about 19 inches which was about 6 to 7 more than last weekend. We rode to the yurt where there was 6 to 8 inches on the steps that Justin cleared off last weekend. We decided to check out the other side of the mountain so we headed to Blackrock. The trails around Blackrock Mountain were loaded with fresh untracked powder to run through. We rode back to Osa Meadow to see if we could ride there and boy what a good decision. We played in the meadow and carved some lines to our hearts content. We headed back to the truck as we were running low on fuel on our 80 mile journey. A great day of riding and now a dry spell is upon us. We have to ride when there is snow and hopefully that will come soon.
To see what is was like or what you missed check back for the video that I will post as soon as I’m done editing.
Pray for Snow!
